Vinification: Grapes are hand-picked, they are then chilled to 7-8°C in Cold storage, followed by pneumatic press and vinified according to classic white wine vinification. Fermentation at controlled temperature of 16-17°C
Serving Temperature: 9-10°C in a medium size wine glass
Cellar Ageing: Best enjoyed Fresh.
Food pairing: Enjoy with almost any traditional Greek dish, seafood and pasta but also as an aperitif accompanied by fruit.
